The Camarillo Ranch is a truly impressive setting for your event. The 4.5 acre site consists of five event venues including the mansion, the main lawn with its historic trees, the spacious barn, the East Garden, including a wedding gazebo, and the West Garden with a large fountain and rose covered arch.

Built in 1892, the large Victorian era house was the longtime residence of the City’s founder, Adolfo Camarillo and his family. The home itself can accommodate up to 125 guests for a seated reception on the first floor or 165 for stand up cocktails and hors d’ oeuvres. The venue features richly wallpapered rooms, hardwood floors, original fireplaces and extensive interior woodwork. A generous wrap around porch allows guests to feel like they are transported back in time. The home is fully furnished as a house museum but easily converts to become an event center for receptions and weddings. A caterer’s staging kitchen is also available as well as a bridal changing room and private restrooms.

The lovely gardens feature mature trees, water fountains and extensive planting. Numerous thematic gardens range from a butterfly garden to a formal Victorian garden. These provide the perfect backdrop for photography. The expansive main front lawn with its canopy of historic trees can accommodate up to 600 guests. The East and West Garden areas and White Horse Garden offer more intimate event venues for 50-250 guests.

After visiting the Camarillo Ranch you will agree that it is one of the most picturesque settings in Ventura County for corporate events, rehearsal dinners, weddings and receptions. To view Ranch availability, click here.
