prices for set-up & break down are based on the hourly rate fee schedule

A minimum of 1 hour set-up and 1 hour breakdown required for all events on a per hour fee schedule

 
Refund Policy for Cancellation of Events (Effective 7/1/04)
   
Rental Fee Payments:
Any payment towards a rental fee for an event is nonrefundable
Security/Cleaning Deposit:
Will be returned in full if event is cancelled
