Tenth Annual Candlelight Gala a Success
The Camarillo Ranch Foundation’s major fundraising event of the year took place on December 3, 2010. The monies raised help maintain and operate the oldest home in Camarillo. The Candlelight Gala featured a variety of special food from local restaurants and caterers, live and silent auctions, special exhibits, and tours of the elegantly-decorated Camarillo House.

Seven new white horses born in 2010.
Out of ten foals born, seven are white. four fillies and three colts. A very successful year! This high has been punctuated with a very sad low. On July 19th, long time caretaker of the white horses and outstanding horseman, Meliton Ortiz, passed away with his family at his side.
